Brownie Sundae

Seeing “brownie sundae” listed on the dessert menu of any restaurant gets me excited like nothing else can. They’re just so freaking good. You get a warm, gooey brownie with a scoop of cold, slightly melted vanilla ice cream on top, and usually some fun additional toppings. It’s a match made in heaven and a perfect bite every time.

To make this brownie sundae, I started by making Preppy Kitchen’s brownie recipe. Once they cooled a bit, I cut a thick slice and added a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. I melted about 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips with 1 Tbsp coconut oil in the microwave and poured that over top to create a “magic shell”. And then I ofc needed to top with some flaky sea salt.

Absolutely divine 🤌🏼.
