Double Chocolate Baked Oats
Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/2 a ripe banana
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
A few pinches of salt
2-3 squares of chocolate
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
Add everything to a blender (*minus the chocolate squares*) & blend until smooth
Pour 3/4 of the batter into an oven-safe dish (I typically use my 5oz or 8oz ramekin but you can also use a smaller oven-safe bowl)
Add the chocolate squares to the center
Cover with the remaining batter & bake for 18-25 mins
Let cool for 5-10 mins & enjoy!
