Double Chocolate Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

  • 1/2 a ripe banana

  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder 

  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup 

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 

  • A few pinches of salt 

  • 2-3 squares of chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Add everything to a blender (*minus the chocolate squares*) & blend until smooth 

  3. Pour 3/4 of the batter into an oven-safe dish (I typically use my 5oz or 8oz ramekin but you can also use a smaller oven-safe bowl)

  4. Add the chocolate squares to the center 

  5. Cover with the remaining batter & bake for 18-25 mins

  6. Let cool for 5-10 mins & enjoy!
