Double Chocolate Pumpkin Baked Oats
Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
2 heaped Tbsp cocoa powder
3 Tbsp pumpkin purée
1/2 cup milk of choice
1 egg
1-2 Tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
As many chocolate chips as your heart desires 🤎
*Optional: 1-2 scoops of protein powder (+ add in a lil extra milk/liquid)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
Blend all ingredients (*minus chocolate chips*) together until smooth
Mix in the chocolate chips & pour into an oven-safe dish
Add a few more chocolate chips on top and bake for 25-30 mins
Let cool for 5-10 mins & enjoy!
