Banana Bread Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice 

  • 1/2 ripe banana 

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla 

  • 1-2 Tbsp maple syrup 

  • 1 tsp baking powder 

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon 

  • Pinch of salt 

  • As many chocolate chips as your heart desires 🀎

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Add everything to a blender (*minus the chocolate chips*) & blend until smooth 

  3. Pour the batter into an oven-safe dish (I typically use my 5oz or 8oz ramekin but you can also use a smaller oven-safe bowl) & sprinkle chocolate chips over top

  4. Bake for 25-35 minutes

  5. Let cool for 5-10 mins & enjoy!
